Hi, I’m Angelina — but you can call me AJ. I’m a wife, mama, storyteller, and your personal hype girl behind the lens. I first fell in love with photography as a teenager, and what started as a spark has grown into a lifelong passion.
My journey is rooted in faith, and I believe every season of life is a gift from God worth remembering. That’s why my heart is to capture the real stuff — the belly laughs, the quiet snuggles, the in-between moments you never want to forget.
To me, photography is about more than taking pictures. It’s about building genuine connections. I want you to come in as a client and leave feeling like a friend. I truly care about who you are and the season you’re in, and my hope is that your photos not only tell your story but also remind you how deeply valued and celebrated you are.

I believe photography should feel natural, joyful, and true to who you are. My approach is all about connection over perfection — real laughter, tender moments, and the in-between details that make your story one of a kind.
During your session, I’ll guide you with gentle prompts so you never feel stiff or unsure, but I’ll also leave space for genuine connection to unfold. My goal isn’t just to deliver beautiful images — it’s to create an experience where you feel cared for, seen, and celebrated.
Most of my clients come in for photos and leave as friends, because I believe your story is more than just a booking on my calendar. It’s a chance to make a real difference, to remind you of your worth, and to create memories that will outlast this season.

A happy 33 to me indeed! From the moment of arrival at her place to have my makeup done, to the end of the shoot, it was just such a magical experience inside me that I can’t fully express. She just has this positive energy!! Genuine laughs throughout the photo shoot filled the air with such smooth whispering winds. I was worried the wind was going to ruin the shoot, I’ll have you know that Angelina handled this shoot like the true professional she is! We worked together on different angles to tackle the directions of the wind, helping arrange my attire for the best outcome, and really just captured everything I don’t see when I look in the mirror everyday. I struggle with my confidence and this was the boost I needed! I LOVE ALL OF MY PHOTOS and I couldn’t imagine a better feeling for my birthday shoot with Angelina Johnson! She is seriously one of a kind!! This will not be the last shoot I do with her!!
